Chartreuse De Parme Winter Rose

This highly fragrant Delbard rose has rich purple/ pink tones, dependent on climate. The blooms are double-cupped, oozing richness. The heady perfume is the first thing people notice about this rose, an intense combination of citrus, lilac and rose. It is generally a hardy rose and ideal as a border.
